COVID-19 Update

At this time, we are eagerly working with our suppliers to resume our beer tours in 2021, but our clients, staff and suppliers health and safely still remain our main priorities. As we slowly move forward our tours will look a bit different, but we will still be delivering our excellent customer service and taking you to some amazing breweries so you can show your support.

​To keep our staff and community safe, we’ve made the following updates in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic:

• When we are able to operate and it’s safe for us to re-open our tours will only be small groups, adhering to provincial government guidelines
• In keeping with Government regulations, masks or facial coverings are mandatory for the duration of our tours. We expect all customers to adhere to this while on our vehicles (Redback Tours, The Beer Tour Co.)  and also while inside any venues and to be respectful to our staff and all staff at the venues we visit. While tastings are occurring, masks may be removed.
• Everyone boarding the bus must apply hand sanitizer before entering each time and social distance measures will be taken on the vehicles
• Social distance spacing must be adhered to for the duration of the tour
• Our continued high level of sanitation of our vehicles after each tour/event will continue

Our ongoing commitment to our staff and community's safety and well-being and to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, will always continue to be a priority during our tour experience.  We ask that everyone have patience as we are all adapting but we want to encourage people to slowly get back out, socialize, enjoy life again but be safe, healthy and respectful. We all deserve this freedom. ​
